Born January 27, 1967 in Charleston, SC.
Graduated from Weston High School in 1985.
Bachelors Degree in
Economics from University of Rochester.
Masters Degree from Boston College in 2000.
Employed from 1986-1991 at the Rochester
Eye and Human Parts Bank, and from 1991-2000 at the New England Organ Bank
in Newton, MA. In addition, Andrew served as Chairman of the Wayland Board of
Health until the year 2000, having been elected to the board in 1994.
The Wheelock Family moved to Maryland in Early 2000.
Andrew currently works in Information Systems for Startec Global Communications, in Rockville, MD.
He is also the principal of NEIT Solutions, a web hosting company.
He lives with his wife and four children in Ijamsville, Maryland.

Born February 17, 1967. Met Andrew on Labor day of 1992, and was engaged on December 19,
1992.
Andrew and Lisa were married December 17, 1993.
(For their own safety, pictures of the kids have been removed, and yes, we know that the pictures above are a few years old...we still look like that. Andrew has a bit more gray hair...due mostly to the kids below)
