Born January 27, 1967 in Charleston, South Carolina.
Fishing for bluefish
Grew up loving the sea. Here, fishing for blue fish off the coast of Maryland, where he has been vacationing his whole life. Andrew began scuba diving at age 16 and continues to enjoy the water.
Andrew attained Eagle rank in the Boy Scouts and was Senior Patrol Leader and Junior Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 157 in Weston.
High School Graduation
Graduated from Weston High School in 1985.
University of Rochester
Graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Rochester, where Andrew is joined here in 1989 by his parents, Robert and Donna Wheelock.
Andrew continued to enjoy the Maryland Coast, and spent at least two weeks every summer with his family and friends there.
Wedding to Lisa
Andrew met Lisa Michele Dunlap on Labor Day of 1992, and the two were engaged three months later on December 19, 1992. One year later, the couple was married on December 17, 1993. It was a Friday evening wedding held at the First Parish Church in Weston. The gala reception was held at the Henderson House in Weston. The newlyweds honeymooned on French St. Martin and settled into their new home in Wayland, MA.
Andrew and Lisa
Andrew and Lisa lived in Wayland MA until 2000, when they moved to Frederick, MD. They moved to their home in Ijamsville, MD in 2005, with their four children, Meredith, Hannah, "Hayes" and Trevor.
Lisa initiated a separation in 2011 and finalized her divorce of Andrew on February 28, 2013.
A sad end to over 20 years together.

Interesting story: I was born at the Navel Hospital in Charleston, S.C. Had not returned to the city since I was six months old. The cruise left from that same port 50 years later.
